Unser Pfandsystem

Schritt 1

Sie kaufen bei uns ein Produkt, das pfandpflichtig ist – zum Beispiel:

• ein Einspritzdüse mit +50 EUR Pfand pro Stück, oder

• eine Hochdruckpumpe mit +100 EUR Pfand pro Pumpe.

Schritt 2

Sie bezahlen zunächst nur den Kaufpreis über eBay. Anschließend können Sie den Pfandbetrag auf unser Bankkonto oder PayPal Konto überweisen. Die Zahlungsdaten erhalten Sie per Nachricht über das eBay System.

Schritt 3

Zusammen mit der Lieferung des bestellten Produkts erhalten Sie ein Rücksendeformular. Die Rücksendeadresse und alle weiteren wichtigen Informationen sind darauf vermerkt.

Schritt 4

Sie senden das Altteil (auch ,Pfandkarte, genannt) zusammen mit dem ausgefüllten Rücksendeformular ausreichend frankiert an uns zurück. Die Rücksendekosten trägt der Käufer. Die Altteile müssen spätestens 15 Tage nach Erhalt der Bestellung an uns zurückgesendet werden.

Schritt 5

Nach Eingang des Altteils erfolgt die Rückerstattung der Kaution in der Regel innerhalb von 4-7 Werktagen. Wir übernehmen keine Kosten für Ein oder Ausbau sowie keine sonstigen Zusatzkosten.

Our Deposit System

Step 1

You purchase a product from us that requires a deposit for example:

• an injector with a 50EUR deposit per unit, or

• a high-pressure pump with a 100EUR deposit per pump.

Step 2

You first pay only the purchase price via eBay. Then you can transfer the deposit amount to our bank account or PayPal account. The payment details will be sent to you via eBay message.

Step 3

Together with the delivery of your ordered product, you will receive a return form. The return address and all other necessary information will be included.

Step 4

You return the old part (also referred to as the deposit item) along with the completed return form, with sufficient postage paid by you. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The old parts must be sent back within 15 days of receiving the order.

Step 5

After we receive your old part, the deposit refund will usually be processed within 4-7 business days. We do not cover any installation, removal, or additional costs.
